    Molly Haftner currently serves as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at PosiGen, a role she took on in June 2024. With over 10 years of experience in strategic finance and analysis, she has held leadership roles in several prominent renewable energy and finance organizations.

    Before joining PosiGen, Molly was Vice President of Strategic Finance at Mosaic, where she spent seven years in progressively senior roles, including VP of Financial Planning & Analysis and Senior Director of FP&A. Her work at Mosaic involved overseeing financial strategy and planning, helping to guide the company’s growth and sustainability efforts.

    Earlier in her career, Molly worked as a Portfolio Analyst at U.S. Bank, managing wholesale banking portfolios, and as an Associate at Spruce Finance, where she gained deep experience in the renewable energy sector. Throughout her career, she has honed expertise in strategic finance, financial modeling, and portfolio analytics, with a focus on advancing financial solutions in the clean energy space.
