*Terms and Conditions for the “8 for $8” Promotion
Promotional Period: This offer is available for new customers who enter into a solar lease agreement with PosiGen between October 1, 2024, and October 31, 2024. The "8 for $8" promotion applies to your first 8 months of service.
Material Terms: Under this promotion, the customer’s monthly lease bill will reflect a balance of $8.00 for the first 8 months of the lease. After the 8-month period, the remaining monthly payments will reflect the standard solar lease rate. This offer is available for homeowners only and may not be available in all areas.
Eligibility Requirements:
Offer available to new customers who sign residential lease agreement with PosiGen during the Promotional Period beginning on October 1, 2024 and ending October 31, 2024.
Property must be located in a serviceable area, and eligibility is subject to property qualification for solar installation.
Credit approval or other qualification criteria may apply depending on the location or specific terms of the lease.

General Conditions: PosiGen reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
† Savings vary depending on your energy consumption, system cost, home location and characteristics, and your utility's policies.
‡ Beginning 12 months after the date your system is operational, and upon each anniversary thereafter, for each 12-month period, PosiGen guarantees that your system will generate at least 90% of the annual estimated production for that 12-month period, after accounting for annual degradation. If your system does not produce the guaranteed amount for any 12-month period, PosiGen will provide a bill credit representing the difference between your system’s actual production and the guaranteed production for that 12-month period.
