*Terms and Conditions for the “8 for $8” Promotion
Promotional Period: This offer is available for new customers who enter into a solar lease agreement with PosiGen between May 5, 2025, and May 10, 2025 when you mention the "$8.00 for the 8" promotion.
Material Terms: Under this promotion, the customer’s monthly lease bill will reflect a balance of $8.00 for the first 8 months of the lease. After the 8-month period, the remaining monthly payments will reflect the standard solar lease rate. This offer is available for homeowners only and may not be available in all areas.
Eligibility Requirements:
Offer available to new customers who sign residential lease agreement with PosiGen during the Promotional Period beginning on May 5, 2025 and ending May 10, 2025.
Property must be located in a serviceable area, and eligibility is subject to property qualification for solar installation.
Credit approval or other qualification criteria may apply depending on the location or specific terms of the lease.

‡ During the first 12 months after the date your system is operational, we guarantee that your post-solar electricity costs will be less than your pre-solar electricity costs. If your post-solar electricity costs are greater than your pre-solar electricity costs during that 12-month period, PosiGen will either (1) provide a bill credit representing the difference between your pre-solar and post-solar electricity costs, or (2) provide additional energy efficiency services at no cost.
